The Process
 

Candidates

 

 

The initial call will take around 30 minutes.  We'll discuss your current role, your motivation for seeking a new role and what you are looking for in your next position.

 

We will then present the best suited opportunities to you, with a full job specification.

 

When you have confirmed which companies you are interested in and that you are happy to proceed, we share your information with them.

 

Clients will then likely want to set up an initial call with you, alternatively it could be a face-to-face or video interview in the first instance

 

When you’ve been successful through the interview process their offer to you will come via Limelight Rec2Rec, we will then discuss and go through your thoughts. 

 

If there is anything you’d like to query we are able to query or negotiate on your behalf, taking any awkwardness away from you 

 

 


Clients

 

We'll conduct an initial call with yourselves to get a good feel for your company - culture, size and existing team. And, more importantly what you need!

 All candidates will be fully qualified and if deemed suitable, submitted to yourself – the details provided will include CV, LinkedIn profile and a summary of work history and billings.
 

If you feel the candidate is a match then interviews are scheduled, these will be at the best time for you.
 

When the candidate has been successful and you are going to proceed to an offer this will be submitted via Limelight and we will discuss in detail with the candidate.
 

When the offer has been accepted an invoice is sent to your team on the first day of employment. You have 14 days to make payment.
 

A rebate is offered over the first 12 weeks to mitigate any risk.
