We meet with all our clients and take the time to understand the market in which you operate and getting to know you as a company.

Step 1

Send us all the information you have about the vacancy. We will produce a professionally written advert and send this back to you for approval.


Step 2

Once the advert is approved, we will post it onto multiple job boards, social media and our Limelight Resourcing website (each advert will be posted individually to the job boards to ensure a higher hit rate)


Step 3

During the advert posting (2-6 weeks) we will actively CV search for relevant candidates


Step 4

We will pre-sift the candidates into categories, arrange the interviews and communicate with any candidates that have not been shortlisted (if you wish us too)


Step 5

It’s back over to you to start interviewing the candidates and make that offer!
